Summary:
The Cheonggyecheon Stream, in Seoul, South Korea, is an inspiring example of an environmental clean-up process. Until the beginning of 2003 it was covered by a viaduct and extremely polluted. The viaduct was demolished, and today, the city can count on a 5.8 km long stream of clear water, full of fish, and enjoy a gentle walk in the urban landscape of the Korean capital.
